Afternoon all.
Guess who has two thumbs and is going to the nurburgring 24h in june. This guy :D
depending on the quality of internet, I will try and do a couple of posts from trackside, and then once i get back i shall be posting some of my photos from the weekend.
for now though, have a potato quality picture of the ticket. Hooray for german efficency, ordered on a saturday, arrived in the UK on a tuesday. and only 64 euro - bargain of the century.
Anyone else from Oppo heading to the race this year?

I really wanted to make the trip this time, but I've got enough stuff to do in university and none of my friends are going.

Ah that sucks. Im heading to the Spa 24h in July on my own, but i've managed to convince a friend from home to go to the N24 with me. Im just hoping its not a 4 day monsoon personally. Im prepared for rain, as its the Eifel mountains, but hopefully some sun too.

It would be classic "Eifelwetter" if it rains for two days straight and over night you have 30° sunshine days. Pack a raincoat and sunscreen!
And I'm very jealous that you also are going to Spa. That's 2 of the 3 classic Endurance races in a year.

It would have been all 3, but i have my graduate show on the weekend of LeMans. So N24 and Spa are my graduation celebrations ha.
